Scheduling Efficiency
Countless clients of mine have complained about their tendencies to procrastinate. Procrastination turns into wasted time and we become more and more frustrated with how much productivity we actually do. Procrastination is in many ways an avoidance of what is to come. Perhaps we perceive the upcoming task to be daunting and require so much energy and emotion, it would be best just to scroll through social media to comfort yourself. However, this is a big mistake. Once a week, try out the following activity to help cut out all that wasted time, and jump over the hard feelings of procrastination.
