Yoga Classes & Events

Yoga is a sacred philosophy from ancient times that still guides us today. Interestingly, yoga has been seen to generate long-term holistic health in thousands of people worldwide to the extent that it can reduce symptoms of chronic physical and mental illnesses. Having yoga be a major part of my practice is both a dream and a necessity. Inspirit believes that somatic and experiential models of healing are key for curing most of what my clients see us for.

Current Yoga Classes & Events Offered

Yoga in Therapy

Most-frequently, Inspirit sees clients looking for ways to sustain their mental health. In many cases, yoga is a somatic practice to help clients self-regulate and learn more about themselves.

  • Since Kaylin resides in Nashville, Tennessee, yoga services in-person are only available in the greater Nashville area. Online classes and events for further away are available upon request.

  • I currently am NOT contracted under a studio. I believe that there are many wonderful yoga teachers in the Nashville area, and am happy to be one of them. However, I want to focus on unreached potential students and am passionate about the corporate wellness world. So, I offer two options at this time: (1) Corporate/Organizational yoga classes inside their organizational spaces and (2) in a custom space of your choice (e.g. nearby parks, community centers, churches, backyards, farms, you name it!).
