Individuals
Individual coaching is founded on supporting an individual on their process to deeper self-discovery. While therapy takes a deep-dive into the past, coaching is more focused on providing strength in the present to be able to access new steps on a path toward greater holistic health. If you have not yet participated in a therapy experience, I would suggest doing so first before initiating a coaching relationship. It is incredibly important that you have built solid skills in identifying and communicating your own needs before starting coaching. Duos and Teams
Coaching for established relationships—such as duos (two people established in some sort of relationship; for example, business partners) or teams (more than two people established in an ongoing relationship; for example, a sports team or business department team)—is designed to help relationships thrive and conquer the steps ahead. Relational coaching is centered on strengthening the health of the connection between individuals and provide a space for duos and teams to journey with a sense of togetherness.
