Workshops are in-person or online gatherings of people centered on specific educational topics for improving overall holistic health. Workshops and other educational events are best utilized by those who would like to spread resources of mental and holistic health quickly to a larger group of people.
Common topics for workshops are already intricately designed and can be modified to fit the needs of your group! During these workshops, resources are shared openly to help improve the lives of the individuals you care about. A workshop forged in mindfulness and meditation; an introduction and invitation to the present moment. Creating safety in the present and a sense of wholeness in the present through breathing, chair yoga, and meditation practices. (Offered at 1 hour to 90 minutes).

Kindling Sustainability
A workshop that is a highly creative approach to burnout prevention (before burnout) where emotional intelligence, basic self-care, and mindfulness/presence-focused activities help support the individual, group/team, and broader environment. This workshop is centered on kindling the “spark” of passion within us, getting down to meaning-making skills through narrative work. (Offered at 90 minutes to 3 hours).
