The Bucket Analogy

Sometimes, it can take the simplest metaphor to help bring a concept to life. This analogy takes the form of a bucket that holds energy in liquid form. Often times, we forget that we do have natural limits to our human lives (the need for sleep, food, digestion, relationship, etc.) and push ourselves too far past our limits. Having a simple picture in our minds to remember the concept of balancing out our intake versus output (of energy) can significantly lower ongoing stress rhythms day-to-day.
